You’ll love Ryobi’s new electric precision screwdriver set

Finding the right tool to repair laptops, drones, or those tiny screws on your glasses is easier said than done. And while you might have one tiny screwdriver, you need an entire set for all your gadgets around the house. While Ryobi is best known for its expansive 18V ONE+ tool line, the company makes a bunch of accessories, including its all-new Electric Precision Screwdriver set.

Ryobi offers several products that you can’t get from the competition, and you’ll love its newly announced MICROTECH Precision Electric Screwdriver set. Manual micro kits are fairly popular, but if you want something even better, this kit comes with 50+ bits and accessories, ensuring you can tackle any repair.

One kit for all your projects that require precision

It’s even USB-C rechargeable

Announced earlier this week, Ryobi’s neat new tiny electric screwdriver will be $49.97 when it arrives in the coming weeks or months. Unfortunately, Ryobi didn’t reveal an exact release date yet, but it’ll likely arrive this summer. This all-in-one kit has everything you need for small repairs, and with two speed modes, Ryobi says it’ll offer unparalleled control and accuracy, especially with small fasteners.

The Ryobi MICROTECH Electric Precision Screwdriver is small, balanced, and easy to hold. There are two speed modes, a manual mode, built-in LED lighting on the magnetic collet, and forward and reverse buttons, all wrapped in a durable anti-roll casing. And yes, it’s easy to quickly recharge thanks to USB-C.

Ryobi suggested use cases include repairing or working on laptops, computers, phones, cameras, game controllers, drones, toys, RC cars, watches, or glasses, as well as additional bits for jobs around the house, like a light switch. Basically, this one electric screwdriver can do it all.

As for specs, this teeny-tiny screwdriver offers high-precision torque up to .2 nm and 200 RPM, and comes with over 50 different bits and accessories for jobs big and small. There are also extensions for hard-to-reach screws, several handheld accessories, like tweezers and a mini pry bar, and more.

Better yet, the small carry case that holds all your bits has a neat integrated screwdriver storage slot in the hinge, keeping the entire package as small and portable as possible.

Additionally, the case features a built-in magnetization zone that lets you quickly magnetize bits for improved screw pickup and control. All of this comes in a package barely bigger than a pen.

Ryobi’s new precision electric screwdriver will be under $50 when it arrives in the coming weeks, and it’s available for pre-order at Home Depot using the link below. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ll be buying this as soon as I can.

Whether you need a high-capacity SSD for large game downloads, raw and rendered videos or photos, a digital art portfolio, or just to back up your PC and documents, the SanDisk Desk Drive is an almost-perfect option with up to 8TB of space. And if you’ve been putting off buying a backup drive due to high costs, right now is the perfect time to pick up the SanDisk Desk Drive. Best Buy is offering an impressive 62% discount, bringing the price down to $740; still pricey, but much closer to pre-AI costs than I’ve seen in a long time.

The SanDisk Desk Drive packs 8TB of storage into a compact design, measuring just 3.9 x 1.58 inches and weighing just over half an ounce. This makes it ideal for tucking away on a smaller desk, in a drawer, or in a travel bag for mobile professionals. It uses USB-C connectivity for read and write speeds up to 1,000MB/s. This means you’ll get quick and simple file transfers when you need to free up space on your main storage drive.

You’ll also get plug-and-play compatibility with both Windows and macOS, making it one of the more flexible storage options on the market (sorry, Linux users).

It also includes automatic backup and recovery software to help keep your data safe from accidental deletion and corruption. And with a 3-year warranty, you’ll get peace of mind that your SanDisk Desk Drive is covered if it ever gets accidentally damaged in a fall or if you run into any defects.

How I rated this deal

High-capacity SSDs have seen skyrocketing prices in the last few years due to both the crypto and AI booms. But with this massive 61% discount, you can get your hands on an 8TB SanDisk Desk Drive for well under $1,000. While still a bit pricey, it’s much closer to pre-AI costs. That’s why I gave this deal a 5/5 Editor’s rating.
