The global non-fungible token market has witnessed a remarkable positive growth today after an uncategorized Ordinal NFT on the Bitcoin network exchanged hands for a staggering 70.2 BTC, equivalent to $7.47 million. This transaction, which occurred just a few hours ago, has generated significant interest within the NFT community and propelled the trading volume of Ordinals to new heights.

Data compiled by CryptoSlam.io, an on-chain crypto market data aggregator and a non-fungible token explorer, confirms that an Uncategorized Ordinal NFT has successfully sold for over $7.4 million directly from user to user. Following this high-profile Ordinal NFT sale, the trading sales volume of the global NFT market has significantly surged to new heights. In the past 24 hours, the NFT market has recorded a trading sales volume of $25 million, up 42% from the past day.

In response to the recent Ordinal NFT sale, Bitcoin, the blockchain network previously known for powering the Ordinals, Rune, and BRC-20 NFT collections, has emerged as the leading NFT blockchain network in the NFT market. In the past 24 hours, the Bitcoin-based NFT collection has amassed a trading sales volume of $8.8 million. During this time, the Bitcoin NFT trading sales volume has surged by 347% from the past day.

The Bitcoin Ordinals NFT market has experienced a substantial surge following the high-profile Ordinal sale for an Uncategorized NFT collection for $7.4 million. The Bitcoin NFT Ordinals have surpassed the Ethereum and Immutable NFT market, which also appears to be retesting a short bull run. In the past 24 hours, Immutable and Ethereum-based NFTs have raised a trading sales volume of $5.9 million and $4 million, respectively.

Launched by Bitcoin developer Casey Rodarmor in January 2023, Uncategorized Ordinals is an NFT collection built on the Bitcoin blockchain network that is not part of an official Ordinal collection. The Uncategorized Ordinals collection was created using the Ordinal theory, a protocol allowing an individual identifier to be assigned to each satoshi as it is created, making each NFT unique.

The recent sale of the Uncategorized Ordinal for an impressive $7.42 million has undoubtedly created a buzz within the global NFT market. Other NFT collections following the Uncategorized Ordinal NFT collection include the Guild of Guardians Heroes and Courtyard NFT collections.

Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning first reactions are mixed, and that’s disappointing



In the trailer for Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt asks someone to trust him one last time. Judging by the first reactions on social media, Cruise is now asking the audience to trust him that he still delivered an action spectacle.

The social media embargo lifted for Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning on May 12. The initial reactions are mixed, which comes as a surprise considering how much praise the last few entries have received.

Erik Davis of Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes said Cruise takes The Final Reckoning to the next level. “It’s the biggest, wildest, and most consequential Mission movie yet,” Davis wrote on X.

Good Day’s Chicago Jake Hamilton called the plane sequence “one of cinema’s greatest stunts.” Hamilton wrote, “Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning is a love letter to fans who just rewatched the entire series.”

Indiewire’s David Ehrlich had a more negative reaction, calling it “dull and dysfunctional.” Despite praising the set pieces, Ehrlich was ultimately disappointed by The Final Reckoning, calling it a “massive heartbreaker.”

Griffin Schiller compared Final Reckoning to The Rise of Skywalker, saying it “plays like an egregious franchise greatest hits.”

Mission: Impossible is the gold standard for action franchises, so it’s disappointing to read about the mixed reactions. Cruise’s action sequences, including the death-defying plane stunt, will certainly be a highlight. However, the conflicting reception is not ideal, especially for a franchise that might have to disappear for the foreseeable future before Cruise returns or another actor steps in as the new lead.

The ensemble includes Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Henry Czerny, Mariela Garriga, Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman, Hannah Waddingham, Tramell Tillman, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell, Mark Gatiss, Rolf Saxon, Lucy Tulugarjuk and Angela Bassett.
